On April 15, 2015, four first-year undergraduate students from Fudan University's natural science class, tehnological science class and the School of Philosophy were admitted to the School of Economics after passing written exams in mathematics and English and going through an interview, in accordance with the procedure for changing majors specified by the Undergraduate Education Office of Fudan University. The interviewers were Prof. Zhang Jun, Dean, Prof. Tian Suhua, Associate Dean, Prof. Huang Yajun, Chair of the Department of World Economy, and Prof. Liu Hongzhong, Chair of the Department of International Finance. One of the four students will enroll in the major of international economics and trade while the other three will enroll in the major of finance. They are top students in their respective classes and they are well prepared for their new majors.
